Oklahoma City or Golden State? As I have written in the past, I believe Kevin Durant will continue for work for the Oklahoma City Thunder and will sign a maximum contract this summer. The five year deal would give him less money than signing a one year contract with a player option in 2017-18. With that wait, he could sign a maximum deal at that time for another five years in Oklahoma City with a lot more money, making upwards of $83 million extra for the superstar. The options of staying in the south plains trump Durant moving his basketball game to the Bay area of California and joining the Warriors as they move to the new arena in San Francisco. Joining Draymond Green, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and the remaining Warriors after a shuffling of the deck and weeding of players there, Durant would be on the most devastating NBA team this side of the Mississippi River, which they are currently. But with KD, the Warriors would be better than the past two Golden State teams, and make them the overwhelming favorite to run the table in the Association for many years.
Durant has a choice, Oklahoma City or Golden State. Either way, he will be playing for a title for many years. I think he will be true to his friends and teammates in OKC. But let us be realistic. Golden State and that set-up would give Durant a better chance at multiple titles than on Reno Street. Loyalty wins out? We will know in a few short weeks.

If he were to come to Golden State, we would be champions for the next century. I can see that because I think they are doing to rebuild the West seeing add though Kobe is gone. He would be a nice face for the NBA.
KD aint goin nowhere….He owes Thunder a NBA Championship! He will steal from LJ next season! Common sense over Uncommon Dollar ! ThunderUp!
