Sooners need 6th win; Texas, TCU headline Big 12; Georgia number one? Predictions for the week….

Can Oklahoma make a bowl game this year?  Saturday’s tussle with West Virginia might be the contest that gives the Sooners that needed 6th win for them to get into that post season game.  The following week OU plays the Cowboys of Oklahoma State then, a week later a scrimmage with Texas Tech  in Lubbock to end the regular season.  All three games will be competitive in my opinion.  I have OU nipping the men from Morgantown with a 41 to 39 win this week. 

Oklahoma State hosts Iowa State and the Pokes will get back on the winning side.  OSU wins 31 to 24.  Sanders might or might not play but OSU will keep their home streak alive and their slim Big 12 title shot in play.

Baylor will keep winning this week at home and will take the Wildcats of KSU  Baylor 35 and KSU 24′

Kansas will win again with their visit to Lubbock.   Jayhawks 40 and Red Raiders 39.

In the best game of the day in the conference, I have Texas Christian over the Horns in Austin 38 to 31.  TCU is still on play for at playoff birth and are winning the close games.  That will continue Saturday in DKR.
