Marcus Smart had doubters but not anymore……..

“….. in future years, Smart will be the leader of the Celtics and will be looked upon as one of the best players the league…..”  FP

Marcus Smart has always been a favorite player of mine. He was while at Stillwater playing for the Pokes and today with the Celtics. While in college I defended his play and said he would, one day, become an extremely outstanding player in the Association as of his court awareness and on-the-ball defense. With a body that strong with top shelf stamina, matching up against the bigger guards and forwards would not be an issue. Today he is a key member of the Boston Celtics as they go up against the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Semi-finals.
