NBA Ratings down 39-45 percent; “Wokeness” killing the viewership

The NBA is suffering a tremendous playoff ratings decline as viewership of the “Bubble” games are down 39 percent.  Could the “Silent Majority” be the reason?  I am sure it is part of it.   “No Thanks” is the resounding response by the UN-woke viewing public as they have not been turning out to watch the games, dropping the ratings in the toilet.   Make no mistake, the NBA is not happy and the big mouths of Lebron James, the Black Lives Matter folks, the writing on the court, and the continuous references to racial injustice through the games, both on the national televised level and the individual market presentations, have turned off a great number of fans.

The question remains. Will the NBA continue this propaganda onslaught when the 2020-21 season begins and if so, how many of the die hard season ticket holders across the Association tell the owners and players thanks-but-no-thanks, we are out-of-here.  That will be telling on what direction the NBA continues to pursue.

Politics will be a very hot topic after the election and the more sports gets involved with agendas the more it will suffer.  It is not a good time for sports, the leadership of the leagues, and the players that partake as athletes.

Someone in the NBA office might hint to some of the players to stop with the WOKE messaging.  It is killing the league.
