Can we still enjoy these artists’ work?

Some of us have issues with celebrities and the transgressions they might have committed while members of the human race. My take is that we, as a human beings, or I specifically, as a single human being, how do we (or I), find forgiveness for these people? Names mentioned in previous posts are out there and for each of us, we have our own personal list. As we have our own issues and transgressions (sins if you wish), why is it necessary for us to forgive these people (So how do so many forgive Mel Gibson)? If the transgression is not personal toward me, I do NOT find it necessary, or even my business, for that forgiveness. I speak for myself, as a “believer”. I am responsible for my own self and those that I have personally hurt, or sinned against. With that, I work everyday to separate the artist and his/her craft with their personal humanistic actions. Some I can, and some it is a troublesome chore. This goes also for the political slant each of us have. Some I agree with and others not so much. But I will give credit where credit is due. We all have our moralistic code and have to live with that code. That code of conduct and belief system does say who we are as humans. And as REN says, “and I must not forget, we must not forget that we are human beings.” Some of us have issues with celebrities and the transgressions they might have committed while members of the human race.
