I will list my top 40 films of the decade of the 1990’s. I have viewed 615 films in that decade and these 40 have all been given a “FIVE STAR” rating. This rating is for enjoyment and not creative greatness as of the film itself. The second list I have ranked 20 of the 40 as of being the BEST films I have viewed. Any comments are welcome.
