My\u00a0picks for this week of\u00a0college football games do not include an upset of\u00a0the Oklahoma Sooners in their visit to Lawrence as the Big Red of the North take on the Kansas Jayhawks.\u00a0 The Sooners can name the score but Samaji Perine will not approach his national single game rushing record that he earned last year in Norman against Jayhawks.\u00a0 OU will take it easy on Kansas in the second half with a Sooner victory in the range of 56 to 14.\u00a0 A\u00a0 balanced attack in which OU will get around 600 yards on offense and turn the men in blue over three times.\u00a0 Another Sooner win and it is expected.<\/h6>\n

Oklahoma State gets a go at Jones Stadium on Saturday, where they have won three times in a row against the home Red Raiders. Texas Tech has a nice offense but they will be stopped in Lubbock.\u00a0 The only way for a Tech win is if the Cowboys do not come to play.\u00a0 Most every team has one of those games and if it is this week for the Pokes they\u00a0will get beat.\u00a0 In most leagues, if you you come in half ass, you lose the butt cheek. \u00a0This week is not the week and OSU will leave for Stillwater in one whole piece.\u00a0 Gundy will\u00a0 have them up and they will perform with plenty of passing\/rushing yards, and points.\u00a0 OSU 59, Tech 21.<\/h6>\n

Tomorrow night TCU hosts West Virginia in a good one.\u00a0 The Horned Toads have a better passing attack, the best player (s) on the field, and should take care of business, something that is more important to them than the Mountaineers.\u00a0 West Virginia has become, with Kansas State, a big disappointment in the league this year. Boykin will take it to them early and TCU wins 48 to 30.<\/h6>\n

Texas goes to Iowa State and it is a must win for the Horns if they want to go bowling.\u00a0 This one is going all Iowa in a clear win.\u00a0 Look for Texas to stumble and it won’t be close. Iowa State 27, UT 13<\/h6>\n

Kansas State and Baylor play next Thursday night.<\/h6>\n
