SOMETIMES STUPIDITY ABOUNDS WITH ACTIONS THAT HAVE HORRIBLE CONSEQUENCES-LOSS OF RECRUITS AS OF BOOING<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

It might be ( that OU’s offensive line sucks), as some Sooner fans think today,\u00a0 the morning after\u00a0 a 16-13 close shave victory in Norman last night against West Virginia.\u00a0 A walk off 30 yard field goal by All-American kicker Gabe Brkek was the difference.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n

Let me just say that the Mountaineer defensive line won more battles than Oklahoma’s o-line as the trench warfare was beat down as the Sooners did not take the “ant hill” if you follow the “Paths of Glory”. OU did block well on that last game ending drive to win, but the “hill” is still in the enemny’s hands.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n

A work still in progress for OU’s offense, the o-line is not up to what Sooner Nation expects.\u00a0 Add that the pass catchers might not be as good as advertised as they seem to have difficulty in getting open downfield,\u00a0 and the play calling is not been hitting their coordinates either.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n

As for the man leading the charge “over the top”, Spencer Rattler, he is currently not the loved man on campus.\u00a0 The negative fan reaction last night was what you expect with the large number of “UGLY SOONER FANS” voicing their displeasure with the famed BOO in Gaylord Family.\u00a0 \u00a0That is a right for a fan, but it is low class and needs to be called out. In the college game home fans should never show that form of displeasure toward the team.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n

This all add up to the fact that OU will lose some games this year and the Big Red followers need to be prepared for the “big L”.\u00a0 Heaven help OU in the Red River game and do not think Kansas State is an auto matic win.\u00a0 Right now, the Oklahoma football needs some work.\u00a0 Well, a lot of work.<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n
