Saying he is damaged for good, Thabo Sefolosha, former Oklahoma City Thunder and current Atlanta Hawk of the NBA, is bring suit against New York City for damages that have totaled $50 million dollars.<\/span><\/h6>\n

Though Sefolosha is practicing for the upcoming season,\u00a0the NBA<\/span> player who beat criminal charges of resisting arrest in a\u00a0donnybrook outside a nightclub in lower Manhattan will\u00a0take\u00a0NYC to court, along with the\u00a0eight cops that caused serious bodily injury for\u00a0what he claims are \u201cpermanent\u201d injuries.<\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

 <\/p>\n

The\u00a0veteran\u00a0shooting guard\u00a0has been looking great in practice, especially in his dunking, but says his\u00a0“physical damages are permanent in nature and continuing into the future,\u201d according to the notice of claim filed with the city\u2019s comptroller.<\/span><\/h6>\n

 <\/p>\n

Alex Spior, Sefolosha\u2019s defense lawyer,\u00a0 said “the player\u2019s exceptional performance on the court doesn\u2019t mean he wasn\u2019t permanently injured.<\/span><\/h6>\n
