OU receiver CeeDee Lamb was called for targeting last week against Tulane, sparking conversation over the often controversial penalty.\u00a0 Kyle Phillips \/ The Transcript<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>A very\u00a0disturbing ejection of Oklahoma freshman wide receiver CeeDee Lamb on a targeting block in the Sooners 56-14 beat down of the Tulane Green Wave.\u00a0 It is troubling.\u00a0 First, Lamb was called for\u00a0a illegal hit after his devastating bone crushing block on a \u201cdefenseless\u201d Tulane player after a fellow teammate intercepted a pass and was on\u00a0the runback to score a touchdown.\u00a0 Not that he was called on\u00a0a possible\u00a0foul, but that the foul did not meet the qualification by rule of a \u201ctarget\u201d, plus the fact that the Big Twelve, on the next day, LIED about it\u00a0and supported their game day on-the-field decision to call it a target.\u00a0 Video shows that the hit was \u201cnot\u201d targeting, and yet the Big Twelve is like the world to day, in than do \u201cnot believe what your eyes see but what we tell you.\u201d\u00a0 I call the Big Twelve out for outright disgusting malfeasance of telling lies.\u00a0 We are living in a society of this right now in our politics and it has now crossed over to sport.\u00a0\u00a0Leaders of the Big Twelve conference organization, you are worthless. And do not tell me my eyes do not see what is happening.<\/h5>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>In Big Twelve Action:<\/h3>\n<h5>Oklahoma-opened slowly but took care of business. Tulane is an average team that is well coached and will win their share of games this season.<\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Oklahoma State-The nation\u2019s best offense was just that in a first half blowout of Pittsburgh.\u00a0 This team is special and can play with any defense.<\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Texas Christian-this team better get better in a hurry. Not impressed with their performance with SMU.\u00a0 If Hill does not have the game of his career the Pokes will drill these Frogs.<\/h5>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>West Virginia-Was\u00a0that Delaware State?
