As we are on the eve of the NBA’s Finals, the league will showcase the two best teams in the league for 2015-2016.\u00a0 I truly like Oklahoma City for personal reasons and San Antonio for an historic coach and players that have won plenty in the Association.\u00a0But they are\u00a0not here. \u00a0We will miss those two great players (Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant) from OKC\u00a0and coach Greg\u00a0Popovich and the Spurs all-time great Tim Duncan.\u00a0 But with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson going against Lebron James and Kyrie Irving and crew, we could have what the NBA hopes, a high scoring tense seven games of pure all-out basketball.\u00a0\u00a0The chance\u00a0we might see such a three point shooting exhibition never seen in the history of the league is a strong possibility.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

With the Warriors holding the home court advantage, it will be a must for the Cavs to take at least one of the first two games in the Bay area.\u00a0 It was the same for the Thunder as they surprised the best regular season team in history by winning game one of the Western Finals on the road.\u00a0 With Cleveland, they, like OKC (just as I predicted with the Western Finals), need to win one in the Oracle and hold serve at home. OKC could not\u00a0hold that serve,\u00a0losing game six in the Peake, returning the series back to Golden State for their game seven loss.\u00a0\u00a0James and his Cleveland group must not lose at home, as I do not\u00a0think they cannot win two on the road in this series.\u00a0 OKC\u00a0could not\u00a0and I will say Cleveland\u00a0can not\u00a0either.\u00a0 As it is, if the Warriors win the first two, Cleveland would have to take four of the next five, which\u00a0I do not think will\u00a0happen.<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

The games will showcase extreme long-range gunning.\u00a0 Thompson and Curry are better than what Cleveland can assault the Warriors with, but that\u00a0will not\u00a0stop the Cavs from trying.\u00a0 James is the one that must be on his game, and he will be challenged by a Warrior\u00a0front line that will not hold up in my opinion. This will be a showcase series for the best player on earth, and he equalizes this series. James will be fantastic.\u00a0 But so will Thompson and Curry.\u00a0\u00a0 These guys can make shots even when covered. They will be just as fantastic as James. With Draymond Green on the verge of a game suspension, Cleveland needs to get into his head early in game one and get\u00a0him suspended.\u00a0 With the play of Green, \u00a0James and Cleveland can get that accomplished if they go for it.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n

With that, I like the Warriors in this one.\u00a0 Golden State in six, but put your money on my opinion with reservations. James, Curry and Thompson are NBA champions. Anything is possible.<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n
