Writing independent articles on sports, I am beholding to no body.\u00a0 I can say what I want, when I want too, and bloviate my opinions without a censor.\u00a0 Tonight, just a second after watching the Detroit Pistons defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder in Auburn Hill, Reggie Jackson, point guard of the Motor City\u2019s NBA franchise, pranced around the floor, holding his hands up, encouraging the fans still in the arena to cheer the win over his former team and teammates.\u00a0 Now I will tell it like it is from a NBA sports writer.\u00a0 And it is what it is and Reggie Jackson is what he is.\u00a0 It was unprofessional and Reggie Jackson is more than a punk<\/span>.\u00a0 He is\u00a0a jackass<\/span> in the first degree.\u00a0 Yes, as a member of an NBA team, one does not lollygag around the court at the conclusion of games, acting like a fool.\u00a0 Sure, I think Mr. Jackson is more than just a punk and jackass.\u00a0 He is a fool.\u00a0 And I think the Thunder\u2019s Russell Westbrook might just agree with me.<\/span><\/h6>\n

The day this player was let go to Detroit, members of the Thunder were quite happy with the departure. See, the Thunder players did not like Mr. Jackson because of one thing. He didn\u2019t fit the culture of the organization in OKC, and again tonight, this so-called<\/span> professional basketball player showed why the Thunder did not accept him, especially in the locker room.\u00a0 Reggie Jackson is all about Reggie Jackson.\u00a0 He is his own legend, as he has said on more than one occasion he wanted to be the best point guard in the Association, and would be.\u00a0 Would someone tell Mr. Jackson two things.\u00a0 One, his Detroit team beat OKC tonight because the second greatest basketball player in the world and one of his significant side-kicks, Serge Ibaka, did not see the floor.\u00a0 And second, please tell him that not only is he not the greatest point guard in the league, he will never be the greatest point guard and he will be\u00a0lucky make the top twenty if he works at it.<\/h6>\n

Honestly, I think it\u2019s some real bullshit. I don\u2019t appreciate it from our team and our organization. I don\u2019t like it all. But it is what it is. We\u2019ll see him down the line. We\u2019ll take care of that when we get there.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t matter. Honestly, he wasn\u2019t changing nothing for us. Obviously, he didn\u2019t want to be here. He\u2019s in a better spot.
