If I was an NBA General Manager my first item of business would be to draft a shooter.  After watching Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors be the real difference in their Western Conference Finals win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, the main component that made the Warriors the better team was their outside shooting.   Those two are not just great shooters, they are master gunners and what championships come from.
Now to my point.  Buddy Hield, in the mode of Thompson and Curry would be my choice in the upcoming NBA draft.  Yes, I understand he will not be the top pick, but for the team that does get him and does not let him slide will be making the correct decision.  Hield has enough of what it takes to get open, make the shot, and contribute in a way that brings championships. Mark it down.  Buddy Hield is the one.

  1. Personally I think thunder needs to shake loose of the bench warmers…collison, morrow etc trade for two shooter’s that can back up Durant and westbrook..also someone who can step up at the plate and squeeze that ball..
